Abel Llavall Ubach est un jeune homme curieux et passionné par tout ce qui a trait à la sphère artistique et culturelle. Sa soif insatiable le conduit à s'enivrer des nectars artistiques, littéraires et musicaux qui s'offrent à lui. Il devient dès lors intarissable de connaissance ce qui lui permet alors de se positionner tant en qualité d'artiste que de commissaire d'exposition .
L'œuvre d'Abel est donc comme un arbre généalogique composé de plusieurs ramifications indépendantes les unes des autres mais qui interagissent entre elles. En passant par la photographie, la littérature et par la musique, Abel orchestre ces différentes formes pour livrer une œuvre exceptionnellement diversifiée qui constitue son univers poétique.
L'univers de ce jeune homme talentueux n'est pas sans évoquer celui d'Harmony Korine, lui aussi écrivain, scénariste (Kids), réalisateur, (Gummo, Julien Donkey boy) et plasticien dont il est un des fervents admirateurs. Cependant, Abel se distingue par la diversité des thèmes qu'il explore en ne se cantonnant pas à la vision unique de la trash attitude populaire. Ainsi, les thèmes de l'amour, de la jeunesse, de la solitude, de l'environnement urbain ou des paysages sont exploités dans une vision empreinte de candeur dont on perçoit cependant qu'elle a été malmenée à bien des égards.

Abel Llavall Ubach is a young, curious man, passionate with all that touches the artistic and cultural sphere. His insatiable thirst conducts him to get drunk off the artistic, literary and musical nectars that are offered to him. His inexhaustible knowledge permits him to position himself as an artist as well as an art commissioner.
Therefore, the œuvre of Abel looks like a family tree composed of many parts, independent from one another but also interacting. Moving along photography, literature and music, Abel orchestrates these different forms to give an exceptionally diverse work of art that constitutes his poetic world.
The universe of this young, talented artist isn't without thinking about the work of Harmony Korine, a writer as well, scriptwriter (Kids), director (Gummo, Julien Donkey Boy) and mixed-media artist of whom Abel is a fervent admirer. Abel sets himself apart with a diversity of themes that he explores without keeping to the ideas of the pop trash attitude. Thus, themes such as love, youth, solitude, urban environment and landscapes are being worked on with a sincere vision which is perceived, however, to have been handled roughly.
